Seth Eubank, originally from Lansing, Michigan, serves as CEO/CFO of Loyal Source Government Services. As a graduate of the University of Central Florida, Seth holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting/Finance and his Masters of Taxation. For 12 years, he proudly served his country as an Airborne Ranger for the U.S. Army and as a Military Intelligence Officer for the Florida National Guard. Prior to starting Loyal Source Government Services, he was employed by the Internal Revenue Service as an Agent, where he conducted tax audits on small businesses, as well as prepared reports based on tax law and accounting principles. Seth’s background and business experience has helped build a solid foundation for Loyal Source Government Services to continue to excel at providing personnel support services to various government agencies. He currently resides in Orlando, Florida where he is focused on giving back to his country and the men and women who serve to protect it.
Florence “Flory” Valley
Director of Clinical Programs
Flory Valley is a South Dakota native who retired in 2009 as a Colonel in the Air Force having served 27 years in multiple locations and deployed environments including Balad, Iraq where she served as Chief Nurse for 168 nurses, 58 beds (16 ICU), 3 ORs for a level 1 trauma center. Her last assignment was as Medical Group Commander at Patrick AFB, Florida where she lead a team of 370 employees. Flory serves as Director of Clinical Programs for Loyal Source Government Services where she applies her 30 years of medical management experience. She has a wide breadth of contract experience as well starting from the government side and more recently 2 years of experience working as a government contractor. During Flory’s military career she served in multiple positions beyond her Medical Group Commander tour to include clinical nursing inpatient multiservice and obstetrics, outpatient Family Practice and Pediatrics, Health Care Integrator, MAJCOM Chief of Population Health, Squadron Commander, and twice as Chief Nurse for a clinic and a large Group at Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio.
Jeff Henderson
Program Manager, Clinical Services
Jeff Henderson is a West Virginia native who retired in 2008 as a Major in the Air Force serving 20 years as a dental technician and, most recently, a healthcare administrator. Jeff served in many clinics and hospitals as well as in a deployed location, where he served as the Patient Administration Officer at Bagram Air Field, Afghanistan. Throughout his career he worked in numerous positions as a healthcare administrator including medical information systems, group practice management, beneficiary operations/patient administration and as an instructor at the Air Force Health Services Administration School. After retirement he became a federal service employee, performing duties under the quality management position, including patient safety, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Jeff started with Loyal Source in October of 2012.
