Hiring Process

At Loyal Source, we understand that your time is valuable. To eliminate wasting your time, we have engineered our hiring process to perform as quickly and efficiently as possible. While you will be required to gather and send in required credentialing documents our professional recruiting and credentialing teams will be there to assist you throughout the entire process.

Step 1

Making Contact

We will begin our communications by either calling you directly or sending an email to you to schedule the best time to talk.  The initial conversation will cover several areas and will serve to help us get to know more about you and your ideal position. We will cover your contact information to ensure accuracy, your current job seeking status, and your licensure and certifications.  You will also be given information on our compensation and benefits packages as well as information on our company.

Step 2

Job Openings Information

Once we gain an understanding of your specialty and the geographic region of interest we will give you detailed information on our open positions that match your criteria.  If you already have determined that we have a position that interests you, we will give you all the specifications and requirements for the position during our initial contact and if you are qualified, we will fast track you to get you submitted as quickly as possible.

Step 3

Internal Submittal

Once you’ve had the opportunity to learn about our positions and you confirm that you are ready to move forward, we will schedule an interview with one of our Program Mangers.  Our Program Managers are a group of experienced clinicians who during the interview will provide you with deep insight into the roles and responsibilities of the position.  The goal of this Program Manager interview is to make sure that your qualifications match the requirements of the client.  This will save you time in being presented only to jobs that match your skills and qualifications.

Step 4

Credentialing & Client Approval

Once you are PM Approved, you will be transitioned to our dedicated Credentialing team where they will run a background screening and will present you with a list of required documentation for you to gather and submit.  When the satisfactory background screening is returned, your information will be submitted to the client.

Step 5

Security Authorization

After you are fully credentialed, you will notified by us and we will then move you into the security clearance process.  This is necessary as many of our positions are located on secure military and DOD sites.

Step 6


Once your credentialing and security screening is completed, you will be given and orientation by one of our program managers or clients.  You will also be given your start date and reporting instructions for your first day.  Travel arrangements are also completed for you at this time.

Step 7

HR and Payroll

During this final phase prior to your start date, you will be given an opportunity to complete your electronic employee agreements, payroll and tax information and your benefits enrollment.
