Loyal Source is currently hiring a full time Credentialing Manager to join our team in Orlando, FL.

Manage the overall credentialing process of clinicians. Responsible for managing all performance in credentialing functions to ensure that well-qualified candidates files are complete in a timely manner.  Managers the process of team conducting phone screenings, evaluates and prepares clinician’s credentials. Maintains professional relations with clinicians, clients and team. Keeps managers and team well informed of progress and credentialing activities. Makes independent judgments and choices consistent with company policies and goals.

  • Credentials as needed especially for top priority files or manages the overall work flow with individual credentialers for top priority files.
  • Manages and participates in ongoing monitoring processes including license verification, sanction checks, board certification verification, and malpractice renewals. Ensures providers are compliant in order to maintain active status with each Military and Commercial Treatment Facility.
  • Manages the upkeep and accuracy of all documentation in provider credentialing files. Ensures documentation is current, organized, and in compliance with records retention policies.
  • Maintains knowledge of new and changing accreditation, licensing, and educational requirements and assists in their implementation.
  • Quality check all credentialing files for those credentialers who are employed with the organization for 3 months or less
  • Manages entire team in all credentialing, re-credentialing, and ongoing monitoring processes for all providers.
  • Supervises credentialing staff, including the assignment of duties, monitoring the work follow, interviewing new candidates, training new staff members, and general management of the credentialing employees,
  • Assists with development and implementation of Credentialing policies and procedures,
  • Participates in the implementation and expansion of credentialing process improvements including electronic applications and other processes that improve efficiency, accuracy, and candidate experience,
  • Manage all Google Doc’s and work flow process regarding communication.
  • Manage overall documentation and Bullhorn integration so all documents are uploaded, tracked and verified through our standardized system.
  • Manage tracking of 30, 60 and 90-day expirable through Bullhorn.
  • Prepares and presents provider files, reports, and other documents any audits; providing feedback to reduce errors, and improve processes and performance.
  • Actively participates in the credentialing department Quality improvement program, maintaining or exceeding targets for timeliness, accuracy and production standards,
  • Maintains subscriptions, on-line log on; secure passwords for primary verifications,
  • Develops and maintains relationships with all levels of LSGS Management and serves as a technical resource when needed,
  • Ensures that all data and Protected Health Information is maintained, transmitted, and stored in a confidential and secure manner in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations and LSGS policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for the coordination, arranging and documentation of all cross-department/team credentialing meetings
  • Demonstrate effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Under general supervision of the COO, coordinates all external credentialing activities of the Medical Staff.
  • Act as a liaison between Credentialing Team, Medical Staff, Recruiting Department, Program Management Department, Director of Recruitment and COO to facilitate the flow of information. Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily activities of Credentialing Assistants.
  • Performs other assigned duties in an efficient, effective and cost conscious manner, complying with all LSGS policies and procedures.
  • Assist with special projects as required by the COO to assist in corporate administrative functions.
  • Handle confidential information and matters of discretion in a professional manner.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.



EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Bachelor degree or related field

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Advanced understanding of healthcare terminology processes and strategies.


  • 5+  related experience in credentialing or related healthcare field.
  • Communicates and works well with others in a team environment.
  • Good customer service and public relations.
  • Knowledge of related computer applications including database entry.
  • Excellent phone skills.
  • Able to work well independently and in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
  • Solid sales skills with proven track record of success
