Loyal Source is currently hiring a Quality Control Manager to support the humanitarian efforts in Indiana.

 

POSITION PURPOSE

Establish a Quality Program under the prime contractor to meet their Statement of Work requirements, assure overall quality of medical and nonmedical services, and manage day-to-day quality efforts to assure a successful project.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

  • This is a service contract, including medical and nonmedical services
  • Establishes, manages, assesses and improves the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard
  • Manages and implements the required Quality Assurance Quality Control Plan
  • Identify quality issues during inspections and audits using QC Checklists or QA Audit Checklists
  • Inspects service and work for compliance and maintains a list on all non-conformances
  • Coordinates all reviews and documents the inspection results of all QAQC Program Deliverables
  • Identifies corrective actions, preventive actions, and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Manages the Records Management of all official documents including drafting, reviewing and publication after approval by the Program Manager
  • Assesses overall performance, identifies program risks, assure customer focus
  • Reports on the status of the overall quality of the program to the Program Manager

 

QUALIFICATIONS  

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

  • 4-year college degree or 2-year college degree with 10 years quality experience, or 15 years quality experience (with little or no formal college)

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:

  • Must have QAQC experience in difficult and evolving situations where services are provided, and limited formal documentation exists; must be flexible and innovative in austere environment.
  • 10 years of experience as an inspector, QC Manager, project manager, or auditor within the major services environment including medical and nonmedical industries
  • Must be familiar with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 International Quality Management System (QMS) standard and familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) including records management, higher level quality, and safety.

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Quality Assurance Auditor; Quality Inspector
