Loyal Source Government Services is looking for a Quality Assurance manager – ISO to work Remotely with our Corporate Team.

 

Job Summary:

 This position is a full-time remote traveling QA position working for Loyal Source Government Services (LSGS) supporting prime contracts, programs, and subcontracts throughout the United States. The QA Manager travels to locations where LSGS is under contract to provide a host of services by contract, and performs a variety of quality tasks, including but not limited to quality audits, inspections, reviews, assessments, and investigations. Expected travel is 75% as the physical operational locations are spread around the U.S. southern border, U.S. West coast and all other states.

Key Responsibilities:

 The QA Manager provides oversight of Loyal Source’s program operations and subcontractors responsible for Program Management overall and Quality Management specifically. The focus of the QA Manager’s quality oversight effort involves the initial review and continuous review of major programs and key processes at the clinic or site level to assure all contractual requirements are being met.

  • The QA Manager reviews requirements, identifies controls, develops audit checklists, performs oversight activities, and performs assessments of contractual requirements, environmental and safety checks, local statutes, laws, and regulations, as well as other unique requirements.  
  • The QA Manager provides site specific evaluations during Ramp Up activities to assure full compliance with the Quality Management Plan, Risk Management Plan, and the Project Management Plan/Work Breakdown Schedule. 
  • The Quality Manager oversees quality and program management activities pre and post ATO (Authorization to Operate) certification from the customer. Using the Plan, Do, Check, Act methodology, the Quality Manager assures all quality objectives and measures are identified, tracked, managed, and acted upon as necessary.
  • Ongoing oversight includes site visits to operational offices and locations to ensure all activities are properly documented in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Policies, Instructions, and recorded in the appropriate automated system.

Requirements:

Recent work performed within the medical field under major US Government Agencies such as Customs and Border Protection, Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense, Centers for Disease Control, Health and Human Services, Office of Refugee Resettlement, or other major agencies at the State level performing similar services.

Knowledge – a comprehensive understanding of the principles of quality control, quality assurance and program management in a variety of industries including Federal and State Government, Military and Healthcare 

Skill – Competence with QA Methodologies, audit techniques, data collection and analysis, root cause analysis, and excellent writing and briefing skills 

Abilities – Capability to analyze data and present observations of overall quality and program management practices, overseeing large programs with critical data and information, trend analysis, and other quality tools.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree (10 years of quality assurance related experience may be considered equivalent to a bachelor’s degree). 20 years of experience in the quality field or related business field is a must. Experience with ISO 9001:2015 certification a must. Experience implementing and/or auditing a program to meet ISO 9001:2015 highly desired. Experience working at a corporate level implementing ISO 9001:2015 clauses highly desired. Understanding through proven performance and experience of the documentation requirements and process controls necessary to fully implement a Quality Management System.

Pay: $75,000-$120,000/year
