Summary
Will be responsible for manage remote psychologists performing telehealth examinations and manage medical assistants supporting remote psychologists. Owns the solutioning and coordination of all Priority Cases: Terminally Ill, 85 and Older, Homebound, Homeless, Incarcerated, Remand.
Duties and Functions
· Manage remote psychologists performing telehealth examinations.
· Manage 3-4 medical assistants supporting remote psychologists.
· Follow CM SOPs for DBQ backlogs & Scorecard reviews.
· Focus on individual DBQ-level completion.
· Follow the Examiner – CM stays focused on Clinic & Clinic Staff.
· Liaise with Recruitment, Area Managers, Clinic Managers, and Case Management.
· Track LSGS term process early.
· Utilize ARCGis mapping tools to see surplus in range and where cases are building.
· Use the CM Dashboard for assigned Examiners.
· Manage Examiner Inquiry process.
· Conduct aging-case deep-dives and solutioning.
· Own the solutioning and coordination of all Priority Cases:
o Terminally Ill
o 85 and Older
o Homebound
o Homeless
o Incarcerated
o Remand
Education and Experience
BA/BS in related field
Preferred Requirements
5 years relevant experience
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (KSA)
Minimum of one year of experience in healthcare staffing, office management, or working in a similar healthcare management environment. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills are required, including the ability to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently. Excellent interpersonal skills required with the ability to communicate effectively and interact with people of diverse backgrounds. Proven success in working in a team environment.
Work Environment/Condition
Work is performed in a climate-controlled office with modern lighting, ensuring a comfortable and productive atmosphere
Physical Demands
Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment. Prolonged sitting or standing, using hands for fine motor skills (like typing), visual acuity for screen and document reading, and communication skills (talking and hearing).
