Fire Installation Technician

Overview:

Loyal Source is seeking an experienced Fire Installation Project Technician to join our team for projects in the San Antonio area. This role involves installing and programming fire alarm systems, with additional responsibilities related to security systems integration. Coverage area includes south of New Braunfels, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and program fire alarm systems in compliance with local and state codes.
• Work on projects such as warehouses, offices, clinics, and similar commercial environments.
• Integrate and install security systems including:
  • Intrusion: DMP
  • Access Control: Brivo
  • Video Surveillance: Hanwha
  • Fire Alarm: Edwards
• Ensure proper functionality and testing of all systems.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Pay: $32/hour

Requirements:

• Texas Fire Alarm License (mandatory).
• Proven experience in fire alarm installation and programming.
• Security installation experience preferred.
• Familiarity with the following manufacturers:
  • DMP (Intrusion)
  • Brivo (Access Control)
  • Hanwha (Cameras)
  • Edwards (Fire Alarm)
• Strong programming skills for system setup and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Schedule: M-F 7:00-4:00
