General Description:

LSGS  is seeking a Dissemination Program Analyst to support the Traumatic Brain Injury Center of Excellence (TBICoE) Clinical Affairs Branch, Dissemination Branch, Research Branch and Mission Support office as a component of the Defense Health Agency (DHA).

S/he will provide support to the Dissemination Project Coordinator and the lead of the Education Branch. Responsible for assisting in developing, maintaining and distributing the program’s Standard Operating Procedures and product development and revision plans.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below, as outlined in the contract statement of work:   

  • Provides administrative and management support to the Education Branch
  • Responsible for assisting in the developing, maintaining and distributing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Develop product analysis plans and completes literature and environmental scans as appropriate and  directed by Education leadership.
  • Identifies gaps in products and works with the educational product team to produce education product recommendation reports.
  • Ensures data quality and statistic management of data.
  • Performs literature reviews related to emerging science in the field of patient and provider education.
  • Independently generates reports and briefings as requested by leadership. Provides analytical support for the TBICOE program.
  • Facilitates the collection of quality data from various agencies.
  • Coordinates meetings as needed, with the Service POCs and other agencies for TBI.



  • Minimum of 3 years of program management experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience implementing and administering a health program preferred.
  • Prior experience within the DoD/VA systems of care required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
  • Must be proficient with a multitude of Windows based, email and internet computer applications.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills required.
  • Demonstrates accountability for practice through planned and continuous professional growth.
  • Must adhere to legal, professional and ethical codes with respect to confidentiality and privacy.
  • Must be available to travel locally, regionally.



  • Master’s Degree in administration, or planning preferred.


Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to carry light items – up to 25 lbs. 
  • May encounter patients who are confused, agitated, or abusive.
