QA/QC Manager

About the Position:

Primary function will be to make sure the Electrical Contractor has installed conduit per the specifications and that the Wiring Contractor has provided the correct cabling from point A to point B.  


·       Ensures Subcontractor provides required installation pictures weekly and manages equipment picture folder

·       Complete BIM 360 Field L3 checklist and upload pictures

·       Attend all site meetings and weekly scheduled meetings with subcontractors and take minutes

·       Update Smartsheets checklist and schedule weekly

·       Work with Project Manager regarding any quality concerns or issues


·  Previous security installation related experience (CCTV, Access Control, Alarm)

·       Good Microsoft Office experience

·       Good organization and time management skills – consolidating a significant number of project photos and enter into database. 

·       Understanding of the QA/QC process

·       OSHA 10 certification
