路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Service, troubleshoot and maintain security systems聽
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Provide installation technical support, testing and commissioning of projects
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Assist with firmware and hardware updates
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Assist customer with research and development of- new products
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Handle all service calls at onsite location
Skills:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽5+ years of security industry experience
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Proficient with electronics and access control systems
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Systems integration experience
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Experience with the following systems:
o聽聽Cognyte’s (Verint’s) Symphia
o聽聽Prowatch
o聽聽Intellikey
o聽聽SQL.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Ability to review plans, diagrams, and flow charts, as well as all tools to capture the work processes associated with executing the project plan.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Demonstrate the ability to work independently solving higher levels of troubleshooting skills.
