As a key part of the team, the Service Technician works onsite and maintains security systems.

About the Position:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Programming of customer鈥檚 access control system

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Service, troubleshoot and maintain security systems聽

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Provide installation technical support, testing and commissioning of projects

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Assist with firmware and hardware updates

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Assist customer with research and development of- new products

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Handle all service calls at onsite location


聽聽聽聽聽聽聽5+ years of security industry experience

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Proficient with electronics and access control systems

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Systems integration experience

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Experience with the following systems:

o聽聽Cognyte’s (Verint’s) Symphia




聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Ability to review plans, diagrams, and flow charts, as well as all tools to capture the work processes associated with executing the project plan.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Demonstrate the ability to work independently solving higher levels of troubleshooting skills.
