Forman – Fire Alarm Installation

Daily Responsibilities Include:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Install and tests fire alarm systems and devices

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Ensures systems comply with electrical and fire codes

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Lead a small crew of 2-3 technicians

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Analyze blueprints and drawings of fire alarms – as well as related low voltage wiring and electrical systems – to determine the most efficient way to install and upgrade the equipment

Qualifications

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽5+ years of experience in performing installation of fire alarm systems

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽NCET Certification

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Ability to read installation and system manuals

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Ability to read blueprints and building plans

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Extensive knowledge of electrical and fire codes

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Ability to use hand and power tools to install hardware
