The Security Technician collaborates on-site with commercial clients, specializing in the service, installation, and maintenance of integrated security systems. This role also involves the disassembly and reassembly of equipment as needed.


  • Execute the installation, upkeep, and resolution of issues pertaining to security systems, demonstrating proficiency in access control, CCTV (closed-circuit television), and intrusion detection systems.
  • Provide support for various customer initiatives, ensuring the seamless operation and integration of security equipment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and deliver outstanding customer service throughout all engagements.


  • Possess 5+ years of hands-on experience in the maintenance, repairs, and installation of security systems, with a focus on alarm, access control, and video.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the following security systems:
    • Gallagher
    • Lenel
    • CCure 9000
    • Genetec
    • Avigilon
    • Bosch
    • Honeywell
  • Hold a valid driver’s license and have the capability to use a suitable work vehicle for the transportation of equipment and ladders.
  • Successfully pass a background check and drug test.
