Account Executive

The Account Executive is tasked with the development, maintenance, and evaluation of client accounts while cultivating strong and lasting relationships.

Responsibilities:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Proactively identify and acquire new buildings in the competitive NYC market, leveraging self-generated leads and established industry relationships.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Execute comprehensive proposals tailored to each client’s unique requirements and preferences, showcasing the organization’s capabilities and value proposition.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Process and manage new work orders to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Qualifications:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽5+ years in Fire Alarm Sales, with a proven track record of establishing valuable connections within the construction industry.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Existing relationships with electrical and general contractor in NYC

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Knowledge of NYC Building Codes and NFPA72 regulations, demonstrating a deep understanding of the compliance landscape.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Computer Proficiency (Excel, Word, familiarity with CRM software)
