Loyal Source Government Services is looking for a Security Administrative Specialist in Washington, D.C.
Job Summary:
- Answer and direct calls to appropriate personnel regarding HSPD-12 and Electronic Questionnaires for Investigations (eQIP) inquiries.
- Conduct enrollment processing and card activation/updates for existing and new personnel by collecting fingerprints, photograph, biological, and identification data screening.
- Create, activate, add clearances and issue temporary badges for agencies – OCC, ASPR, CDC, OS, GSA, HHS, OCIO, OEA, ORM, PSC and FHFA.
- Troubleshoot active smart ID card issues (locked or blocked passcode reset) utilizing the C-CURE system.
- Process Security Service Requests (visitor notifications, key requests and access to restricted areas).
- Maintain key inventory with identifying labels on all door and furniture keys.
- Cut and distribute office keys as necessary. Closeout request ticket and notify customer to retrieve requested key.
- Update daily Smart ID shipping report, apply jpg images, and distribute to the appropriate personnel.
- Activate new Smart ID cards and provide appropriate hardware to secure badges.
- Mail Smart ID cards to customers throughout the country and provide activation instructions.
- Update profiles for off-boarding personnel (Separated) and ensure the access control system is updated.
- Utilizing US Access Customer Service for troubleshooting Smart ID card issues.
- Contact necessary personnel with information to conduct an office lock out and lock request.
- Generate, edit and upload to SharePoint the monthly contractor reports, weekly NOC door reports and quarterly Financial Management and Records Management reports.
- Maintain the items turned in to lost and found.
- Update organization charts
- Submit work orders for office and furniture key core replacement.
- Organize, distribute, and manage key requests
- Personnel Security application review and correction
- Draft, compile, proofread, edit, duplicate and distribute materials and documentation, including correspondence and reports.
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments and step-by-step instructions for PIV card processing.
- Provide general administrative duties such as processing incoming mail, greeting visitors and transfer telephone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Coordinate project installations, material deliveries, project statuses etc.
Qualifications:
· Must be able pass federal criminal background check and drug test
· Prior security experience (Security Console Operator, Security Coordinator, Security Administration, etc)
· Excellent communicator and able to work with various levels of staff
· Ability to work in front of computer and knowledge of MS Office

Pay: $25.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: M- F, 5:00am – 1:30pm, must have the flexibility to work other shifts when needed (7:00am-3:00pm, 8:00am-4:30pm or 12:30pm-9:00pm)
