Loyal Source underwent a rigorous, unannounced onsite review on October 29, 2021. During the visit, a team of Joint Commission reviewers evaluated compliance with related certification standards including important individual and organizational functions that are essential to providing safe, high-quality care. Materials reviewed included those regarding leadership, human resource management, information management, organizational charts, data privacy policies, and required credentials in employee files.
