Loyal Source is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) Admin Clinic Manager for an employment opportunity.

Position Overview:

The Registered Nurse Admin Clinic Manager will oversee all day-to-day activities within the clinic, acting as a primary liaison between the VA staff and the Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). This role involves managing the patient care environment, addressing facility needs, and resolving patient inquiries and complaints, ensuring smooth operation and high-quality care delivery. This position is distinct from the PACT RN staff, focusing on administrative and managerial duties.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a professional nursing program approved by the appropriate State-accrediting agency and accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or The Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
  • Must hold a current, full, active, and unrestricted registration as a graduate professional nurse in the state where the Outpatient Site of Care (CBOC) is located.
  • Must meet VA qualification standards for Nurses as outlined by the Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all daily clinic operations to ensure effective and efficient delivery of healthcare services.
  • Serve as the principal point of contact between VA staff and CBOC clinic, facilitating communication and collaboration.
  • Manage the patient care environment, addressing facility needs to maintain a safe and efficient care setting.
  • Resolve patient complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally, striving for patient satisfaction and quality care.
  • Report to VA regarding contractor staff scheduling, coordination, and performance assessments.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to support clinic objectives and patient care initiatives.
