Loyal Source is looking for a Clinic Manager for an employment opportunity in San Diego, California.

About the Role:

The Clinic Manager (CM) is responsible for overseeing the administration and operations of a medical disability examination (MDE) clinic. This role involves cultivating an environment that achieves our organization’s mission through quality care, efficiency, and a focus on core values. The CM manages the overall direction, coordination, and implementation of contractual requirements while delivering the best experiences for Veterans, staff, examiners, and the communities served. The CM reports to the Area Manager (AM).

Key Responsibilities

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily clinic operations and staff work assignments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal quality and service
  • Maintain equipment calibration and environmental records
  • Order and manage clinic supplies and inventory
  • Audit clinic operations to meet safety standards

Staffing Responsibilities:

  • Handle hiring, onboarding, training, and evaluations of staff
  • Conduct staff training and implement clinic policies and procedures
  • Mentor employees for professional development

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Inform medical professionals about updates to MDE requirements
  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations like HIPAA and ADA

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience
  • Three or more (3+) years of supervisory or management experience
  • CPR Certification
  • Ability to pass a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation

Additional Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a related field preferred
  • Experience in clinic operations and managing healthcare facilities
  • CMA Certification

Pay: $111,176 yearly.
