Loyal Source is looking for a Facility Health Program Manager for a notional opportunity in Trenton, NJ. 

Pay: $116,001 – $126,001 a year

About the Role: 

As a Facility Health Program Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting healthcare services within a federally managed facility that provides care to individuals in U.S. government custody. Working in a secure, clinic environment, you will oversee the delivery of healthcare services in a dynamic, multi-site environment. This position requires professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and a strong commitment to ethical care and regulatory compliance in a high-accountability setting. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and manage healthcare operations across multiple facilities, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and contractual standards. 
  • Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team, including clinical and administrative staff. 
  • Oversee medical screening, triage, and care coordination in operational environments. 
  • Analyze performance data, financial reports, and operational metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Prepare executive-level summaries and reports for internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with government agencies, contractors, and partner organizations. 
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance and risk management programs. 
  • Support emergency preparedness and response planning. 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations, immigration protocols, and correctional health standards. 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field (or in active degree completion plan). 
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience overseeing healthcare services and multi-task operations. 
  • Proven experience in immigration, criminal justice, or healthcare management settings. 
  • Demonstrated success managing large teams and multi-site operations. 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to prepare high-level reports and presentations for executive leadership. 

Additional Qualifications: 

  • Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CPC (Certified Professional Coder), or CSP (Certified Safety Professional). 
  • Experience with federal healthcare contracts or similar government programs. 
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. 

Physical Requirements: 

The work requires some physical exertion, such as long periods of standing; walking or jogging over rough, uneven, or rocky surfaces; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; or recurring lifting of moderately heavy patients or equipment. 

Schedule: 

This facility operates 24/7/365. This full-time position requires working days, evenings, as well as weekends and holidays. Specific hours will be determined by the facility needs. On-call availability is not required.
