Loyal Source is looking for Medical Supply Technicians for employment opportunities with the VA Health Care System in Palo Alto, California. Note that these positions are notional and contingent on the award of the contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performs assigned tasks with minimal oversight.
• Provide medical supply processing, storage, and distribution of consumable and sterile supplies.
• Utilize automated point of use systems in wards, clinics, and operating rooms.
• Pull, replenish, monitor stock levels (including expiration dates and critical supplies), and conduct daily inventory using barcoding.
• Distribute supplies based on requirements and deliver them in a timely and functional condition.
• Provide information to stakeholders and address any concerns.
• Prepare specialty carts and clean assigned areas while receiving supplies into the medical center.

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in the skills necessary to fulfill government requirements for a Medical Supply Technician.
• Experience in pulling, replenishing, monitoring stock levels, conducting daily inventory, delivering, and distributing supplies.
• 2 years of current, relevant experience in a medical supply technician role.
• BLS – CPR (AHA) certification is required before starting the position.

Schedule:

Day, Afternoon, Evening, and Night shift opportunities are available.

Benefits Offered: W2 pay package with paid leave, holidays, and eligibility for health insurance options.

Pay: $22.07 per hour.
