Clinic Supervisor

Loyal Source is looking for a Clinic Supervisor for an employment opportunity in Fremont, California.

About the Role:

The Clinic Supervisor (CS) plays a critical role in overseeing the operations and administration of a Medical Disability Examination (MDE) Clinic. This position is responsible for ensuring that services are delivered efficiently and to a high standard, meeting the needs of Veterans, providers, and the community. The CS will report to an Area Manager (AM) or Clinic Manager (CM), as directed, and will help in executing the organization’s mission through effective management and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage clinical operations of an MDE clinic.
• Supervise the delivery of medical disability services.
• Implement and maintain clinical practice and quality management standards.
• Establish collaborative relationships with examiners and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliant and high-quality services to Veterans.
• Inspect and ensure safety protocols in the clinic.
• Resolve administrative and operational issues.
• Perform Medical Assistant duties as needed.
• Maintain and manage clinic inventories.

Staffing Responsibilities:

• Supervise and approve time for clinic staff.
• Provide training on medical emergencies and procedures.
• Evaluate performance and recommend personnel actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Maintain confidentiality and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Advocate for Veterans and resolve care issues.
• Participate in leadership meetings and assist in strategic planning.

Required Qualifications:

• Current Basic Life Support for Providers by American Heart Association.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.

Additional Qualifications:

• Medical Assistant certification is preferred.
• Associate’s degree or 30+ college credits are preferred.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Pay: $65,000.00 annually
