Loyal Source is looking for a Master Alarm Systems Technician – Service & Installation for an employment opportunity in Columbus, Ohio.

About the Role:

The Master Technician for Service & Installation is a critical member of our Technical Services division, functioning to install, troubleshoot, service, and repair commercial alarm, fire, CCTV, and card access systems. This role ensures the safety and security of our clients’ commercial infrastructures by delivering high-quality, reliable customer support, and providing specialized training and direction to less senior technicians and trainees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoots, replaces, and/or repairs malfunctioning or inoperative equipment.
• Performs new system installations, upgrades, and additions.
• Provides coaching and teaching to others with an ability to lead.
• Delivers reliable, high-quality customer support.
• Conducts customer instruction on system operation and functionality.
• Performs system testing and signal verification.
• Organizes and utilizes technical resources, information, material, and support to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks.
• Monitors and ensures the progress and completion of assigned tasks.
• Completes and submits all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience
• Mastery knowledge of commercial intrusion systems, fire systems, CCTV, intercom, and access control systems.
• Ohio fire license required.
• Understanding of the function and design of Alarm Systems.
• Minimum of High School Diploma/Vocational Training.
• Full knowledge of local/national codes.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to clear a drug and background screening.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, policies, procedures, etc. as presented in English.
• Lift certification and OSHA 10

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7AM – 4PM

Pay: $35 per hour.
