Install Coordinator/Administrator – Security Systems

Loyal Source is looking for a Security System Install Coordinator/Administrator for an employment opportunity in Minnesota, Minnesota.

About the Role:

The Install Coordinator/Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the seamless functioning of district administration tasks. This includes managing payroll, commissions, purchase requests, and more, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity within the Technical Services division. This role requires interaction with both internal teams and customers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments and dispatch technicians for service and installations to optimize technician productivity.
• Handle payroll, prevailing wage, commission, and purchase requests.
• Create work orders, update customers on status, and follow up with technicians.
• Review notes to ensure work orders are completed or closed, addressing any pending items.
• Complete contract and QC paperwork.
• Schedule sub-contractor work and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate paperwork completion.
• Maintain appointment schedules and oversee material/equipment orders and distribution to technicians.
• Complete daily reports and assist in scheduling, customer notification, and equipment procurement activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience performing administrative duties within the security industry, preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• Strong decision-making skills, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to use discretion, problem-solving skills, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Speed and accuracy with attention to detail.
• Experience in dispatching and scheduling.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
