ABOUT THE POSITION

The Site Superintendent will be responsible for supervising and maintaining all Service & Maintenance tasks in accordance with contract requirements. This also includes the field construction process of assigned projects in accordance with the plans and specifications, to ensure that each phase of the work is completed on schedule, within the budget, and with the quality workmanship expected by the company and the customer. The Superintendent supervises, inspects, reviews, records and reports on all site construction related activity ensuring that the assigned subcontractors perform their work on schedule. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate Degree in electronic or mechanical systems or equivalent work experience 

• 5-7 years of project coordination and supervision of HVAC construction projects

• OSHA 30 Construction certification with at least 5 years of safety experience background (EM 385)

• Quality controls training certification with 5 years of experience 

• Knowledge of various types of HVAC DDC related systems, integrations and DDC system testing

• Experience working with Federal and/or State government is preferred
