Installation Foreman

The Installation Foreman position involves leading technician teams to install, program, and certify security systems globally, ensuring adherence to company standards and providing quality customer service.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead technician teams under project manager supervision.
  • Install, program, and certify security systems, including training clients.
  • Conduct wiring, hardware installation, and device termination.
  • Inspect and ensure quality workmanship by teams and subcontractors.
  • Test and maintain systems, replacing faulty hardware as needed.
  • Interpret blueprints and specifications for installation procedures.
  • Collaborate with managers, making recommendations for quality improvements.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and communicate effectively.

 

Qualifications:

  • Four years of experience installing network camera systems (Milestone, Axis, Hanwha and Bosch)
  • Four years of experience installing security systems (DMP and Bosch)
  • Four years of experience installing access control systems (Lenel and S2)
  • Familiar with Mercury panels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Basic understanding of networking, computers, and IT preferred.

 

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 4 years of relevant work experience required

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Proficiency with hand and power tools.
  • Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs.
