Senior Security Systems Installer

Loyal Source is looking for a Senior Security Systems Installer for an employment opportunity in Cincinnati/West Chester Township, Ohio.

About the Role:

The Senior Security Systems Installer is responsible for the installation and maintenance of commercial alarm, fire, CCTV, and card access systems. This role operates independently and provides specialized training and direction to junior installers and trainees. The position ensures high-quality customer support and contributes significantly to the successful execution of technical tasks within our Technical Services division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and lead the installation of commercial alarm, fire, CCTV, and card access systems.
• Proctor, coach, and teach other team members.
• Deliver reliable and high-quality customer support.
• Provide customer instruction on system operation and functionality.
• Conduct system testing and signal verification.
• Perform new system installations, upgrades, and additions.
• Organize and utilize technical resources and information for efficient task execution.
• Monitor and ensure progress and completion of assigned tasks.
• Complete and submit all required task-related documentation in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience installing integrated security systems, including access controls, intrusion detection, CCTV, and fire systems.
• Ohio fire license required; Kentucky preferred.
• Understanding of the function and design of alarm systems.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or vocational training.
• Mastery knowledge of commercial intrusion systems, fire systems, CCTV, intercom, and access control systems.
• Experience with equipment such as DMP, Brivo, EST4, and Bosch.
• Full knowledge of local and national codes.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug and background screening.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Lift certification and OSHA 10.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM

Pay: $35 per hour.
