Loyal Source is looking for skilled Security Installation Technicians for employment opportunities in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

About the Role:

This team of skilled Security Technicians will be responsible for revamping access control systems in local banks, transitioning from Honeywell to DMP systems. Technicians will work on an urgent project under the Technical Services Division, dealing with complex security installations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. The scope of travel includes a radius of up to 3 hours throughout Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, with mileage reimbursement and arrangements for overnight stays as needed. Per diem for overnight travel is set at $75 per day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure commercial security systems with a focus on access control systems.
  • Convert existing Honeywell systems to DMP systems.
  • Ensure systems meet specifications and client needs in a timely manner.
  • Travel within a 3-hour radius for project completion with potential overnight stays.

Required Qualifications:

  • State License- Power Limited Technician (PLT) for Minnesota.
  • At least 3 years of experience installing commercial security systems, including wiring access control systems.
  • Experience with Honeywell and DMP systems is highly preferred.
  • Background with fire alarm systems is a plus.
  • Ability to utilize own work-related vehicle.
  • Ability to provide own basic hand tools.
  • Ability to provide personal protective equipment (PPE), including closed-toe work shoes, safety glasses, safety vests, lift harnesses, and potentially hard hats and gloves.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential for overtime and travel.
