Loyal Source is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator for an employment opportunity in Maryland Heights, Missouri.

About the Role:

As a Warehouse Coordinator within our Technical Services division, you will play a vital role in managing the daily operations of the warehouse. You will be responsible for ordering supplies, handling inventory logistics, and ensuring materials and the warehouse are well-maintained. Your efforts directly support our ability to serve clients and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in processing order placement for technicians, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Keeping track of warehouse inventory and stock.
  • Handle waste management, including electronic waste, equipment recycling, batteries, etc.
  • Overlooking incoming materials.
  • Pulling and packaging orders with little or no supervision.
  • Maintaining shipping, receiving documents, and all other paperwork as needed.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
  • Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in a similar capacity.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office – Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Ability to climb ladders.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7AM – 4PM

Pay: $18 per hour.
