Loyal Source is looking for a Technical Project Manager with experience in Fire and Security Systems for an employment opportunity in San Antonio, Texas.
About the Role:
Loyal Source is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Technical Services division. This position involves managing multiple small to medium-scale projects related to installations of systems such as Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler, Security, CCTV, and more. The Project Manager will oversee staffing, scope, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure successful project execution within the San Antonio area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the scope, schedule, and budget of ongoing projects.
- Oversee the installation of Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler, Security, CCTV, and other specialty systems.
- Coordinate with teams and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
Required Qualifications:
- Must have 3+ years of industry, security/fire, and project management experience.
- Familiarity with Gantt Charts.
- Experience in building and approving submittal packages.
- Ability to read plans and shop drawings.
- Ability to create schedules.
- Proficient in all MS Office platforms.
- Experience in obtaining subcontractor quotes and delivering subcontractor POs.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Projects will be local throughout the San Antonio area.
