Loyal Source is looking for a Security Technician – Service & Installation for an employment opportunity in Pensacola, Florida.

About the Role:

The Security Technician will install, troubleshoot, service, and repair commercial alarm, fire, CCTV, and card access systems. This role ensures the safety and security of commercial infrastructures by delivering high-quality, reliable customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installs, troubleshoots, replaces, and/or repairs malfunctioning or inoperative security and fire equipment.
• Performs new system installations, upgrades, and additions.
• Provides reliable, high-quality customer support.
• Performs customer instruction on system operation and functionality.
• Performs system testing and signal verification.
• Organizes and utilizes technical resources, information, material, and support to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks.
• Monitors and ensures the progress and completion of assigned tasks.
• Completes and submits all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial intrusion systems, fire systems, CCTV, intercom, and access control systems.
• Florida FASA/BASA (Fire Alarm System Agent and Burglar Alarm System Agent) Certification a plus.
• Minimum of High School Diploma/Vocational Training.
• Mastery knowledge of commercial intrusion systems, fire systems, CCTV, intercom, and access control systems.
• Full knowledge of local/national codes.
• Strong communication/leadership skills when working with others.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to clear a drug and background screening.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprint, schematics, diagrams, policies, procedures, etc., as presented in English.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 4 PM.
