Loyal Source is looking for a Fire Alarm Service Technician for an employment opportunity in Tampa, Florida. The service area will include Pinellas, Pasco, Polk, and Hillsborough counties.

About the Role:

The Fire Technician will be part of a dedicated team responding to service tickets for commercial clients. This role involves utilizing technical expertise to maintain and service fire alarm systems, contributing to customer satisfaction and safety in a commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a team to address service tickets from commercial clients promptly and efficiently.
  • Utilize technical skills to maintain and service fire alarm systems, ensuring proper functionality.
  • Required to use a personal work-related vehicle for the first 6 months with mileage reimbursement provided.
  • Uphold safety and service standards to enhance client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience servicing fire alarms in a commercial setting.
  • Experience with the following manufacturers is highly preferred: Lenel, Edwards, Lenel, Vista, DMP, Bosch, Silent Knight.
  • Programming experience is a major plus.
  • FASA BASA is required (or the ability to obtain upon hire).
  • NICET is highly preferred.

Schedule: M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM (No overnight travel. Overtime is optional, but plentiful).

Physical Requirements: This position includes standing, walking, and working with hands for extended periods. The technician may also be required to climb ladders.
