Loyal Source is looking for Security Project Managers for an employment opportunity in San Antonio, Texas.
About the Role:
The Security Project Manager will oversee a project within a data center environment supporting Microsoft. The primary focus will be ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget, working closely with the onsite team. The role requires scheduling, project driving, and effective management within a fast-paced setting. The project is set to last approximately 8 months with the potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and driving the project to completion.
- Collaborating with the onsite team to ensure the project timeline and budget adherence.
- Managing and coordinating installations related to security systems, including access control, CCTV, and card/door readers.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience as a project manager for large-scale commercial projects involving security system installations.
- Lenel experience is highly preferred.
- Availability to be onsite 5 days a week is required.
- PMP is preferred but not required.
- Ability to pass a background and drug screen.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (overtime as needed).
Physical Demands: Standing, walking, and working with hands for extended periods.
Visual demands include working at a computer.

Pay: Starting at $100,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
