Loyal Source is looking for a skilled Fire Inspector/Technician for employment opportunities in Wallingford, Connecticut.
About the Role:
As a Fire Inspector Technician within the Technical Services division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and compliance of commercial projects throughout Connecticut. Using your expertise, you will conduct comprehensive tests and inspections, identifying discrepancies and collaborating with service technicians to address them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough tests and inspections on commercial projects across Connecticut.
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate with service technicians for resolution.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience performing tests and inspections; programming experience is a plus.
- L6 license is required.
- Major manufacturer certification is a plus.
- Access to a work-related vehicle for the first six months is required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, twist, and perform various physical movements.
- Ability to use vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral, depth, and color vision.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM with on-call rotation for nights/weekends.
