Security Installation Technician

Loyal Source is looking for a Security Installation Technician for an employment opportunity in Fort Myers, Florida.

About the Role:

The Security Installation Technician will be responsible for conducting installation projects for commercial clients, such as large retailers, including Best Buy. Serving the area from Naples to Sarasota, each project typically ranges from 4-5 days. As a part of the Technical Services division, you will ensure that security systems are properly installed and fully functional, playing a key role in maintaining the safety and security of our clients’ premises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the installation of access control, alarm, and CCTV systems for commercial clients.
• Ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively for successful project execution.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with the installation of access control, alarm, and CCTV systems.
• FASA/BASA certification required (ability to obtain before the first day).
• Lift certification is required.
• Fire experience is a plus.
• Any major manufacturer certification is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, twist, use hands to handle, reach with hands and arms, push, pull, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, and hear.
• Use vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral, depth, and color perception.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: Starting at $30 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
