Security Installation Technician

Loyal Source is looking for a Security Installation Technician for an employment opportunity in Tampa, Florida.

About the Role:

The Security Installation Technician will join a team of technicians traveling throughout Florida to perform installations of CCTV equipment at different Publix locations. This role involves ensuring the proper setup and operation of surveillance systems, contributing significantly to the security and operational efficiency of our commercial clients. Responsibilities may include overnight travel, with lodging and per diem provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install CCTV equipment at various Publix locations throughout Florida.
• Travel as needed, potentially involving overnight stays.
• Collaborate with other technicians and utilize effective communication for successful installations.

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience performing installations of CCTV.
• FASA/BASA certification required (ability to obtain before the first day).
• Lift certification required.
• Ability to travel and work overnights as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, twist, use hands to handle, reach with hands and arms, push, pull, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, and hear.
• Use vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral, depth, and color perception.

Schedule: When traveling, schedule will be Monday – Thursday (Fridays as needed). Some overnight work will be required depending on the location, typically involving 10-12 hour workdays.
