Loyal Source is looking for a Security Service Technician for an employment opportunity in Columbia, South Carolina.
About the Role:
The Security Service Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of retail and industrial projects in the Columbia area. By averaging 3-5 service calls a day, the technician will support the successful operation of security systems, including Access Control, Alarm, CCTV, and Fire systems, utilizing their technical skills and experience to deliver high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and maintain Access Control, Alarm, CCTV, and Fire systems in commercial settings.
- Utilize own vehicle for the first 6 months, with mileage reimbursement beyond the first 45 miles.
- Respond promptly to service calls and provide effective technical solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience servicing Access Control, Alarm, CCTV, and Fire systems in a commercial setting.
- South Carolina Alarm License is required.
- Lift certification is required.
- Ability to pass a background and drug test.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, twist, handle with hands to reach, push, pull, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk and hear.
- Utilization of vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral, depth and color.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $30 per hour.
