Security Service Technician

Loyal Source is looking for a Security Service Technician for an employment opportunity in Charlotte, North Carolina.

About the Role:

The Security Service Technician will be vital in maintaining and servicing security systems for a variety of retail and industrial projects in Charlotte. Handling an average of 3-5 service calls a day, the technician will utilize their experience and technical skills to ensure the effective functioning and delivery of security services, contributing to a safe and secure environment for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service and maintain Access Control, Alarm, CCTV, and Fire systems in commercial settings.
• Use personal vehicle for the first 6 months, with mileage reimbursement provided for distances exceeding the initial 45 miles.
• Respond quickly to service calls, demonstrating professionalism and technical expertise.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in servicing Access Control, Alarm, CCTV, and Fire systems in a commercial setting.
• North Carolina Alarm License is required.
• Lift certification is required.
• Ability to pass a background and drug test.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand, walk, sit, twist, use hands to handle, reach with hands and arms, push, pull, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk and hear.
• Utilize vision abilities including: close, distance, peripheral, depth and color.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: Starting at $30 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
