Fire/Security System Install Foreman

Loyal Source is looking for an Install Foreman for an employment opportunity in Winter Garden Florida.

About the Role:

The Install Foreman will play a crucial role within our Technical Services Division, primarily responsible for the installation and troubleshooting of low voltage panels, wiring, and associated devices. This position will provide onsite supervision across multiple worksites, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring efficient execution of tasks. The role includes performing programming, leading the startup and commissioning process, and providing reliable, high-quality customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installs and troubleshoots fire and security panels, wiring, and associated devices.
• Provides onsite supervision of electronic installers on multiple worksites and coordinates daily activities for the assigned worksites.
• Performs programming and leads the startup and commissioning process.
• Proctors, coaches, and teaches others.
• Provides reliable, high-quality customer support.
• Provides customer instruction on system operation and functionality.
• Performs system testing and signal verification.
• Organizes and utilizes technical resources, information, material, and support to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks.
• Ensures the progress and completion of assigned tasks.
• Provides documentation of service and hours worked.
• Completes and submits all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of High School Diploma/Vocational Training.
• Must have 5 or more years of experience.
• Mastery knowledge of enterprise intrusion systems, fire systems, CCTV, intercom access control systems.
• Full understanding of local/national codes.
• Proficiency knowledge of OSHA, HAZCOM Regulations and comprehension of national electronic code, state, and local construction codes.
• Strong communication/leadership skills when working with others.
• Ability to determine and implement resolutions to complex field situations.
• Ability to lead others and manage multiple projects.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to clear a drug and background screening.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprint, schematics, diagrams, policies, procedures, etc. as presented in English.

Certification/Licensing:

• NICET Level II Certification (for fire alarm systems only).
• FASA/BASA Certification.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.
