Loyal Source is looking for a Service/Permit Coordinator (Security Equipment Installations) for an employment opportunity in Louisville, Kentucky.
About the Role:
The Service/Permit Coordinator plays a crucial role in our Technical Services division. This position requires effective communication skills to coordinate with clients on scheduling, ordering parts, billing, and following up on tickets related to the installation of security equipment. Additionally, the role involves maintaining inventory of equipment in company vehicles and assisting in obtaining necessary permits from the city for installations. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure success in these responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to schedule services and installations.
- Order parts and manage billing processes.
- Follow up on open tickets to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory of equipment in company vehicles.
- Assist in obtaining city permits for installations.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a Coordinator or Dispatcher position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Strong phone communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to use vision abilities, including close, distance, peripheral, depth, and color vision on a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $20 per hour.
