Project Data Coordinator – Security / Fire Alarm Systems

Loyal Source is looking for a Project Data Coordinator for an employment opportunity in Winter Garden, Florida.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Data Coordinator to join our Technical Services division. This role involves managing and analyzing project-related data to enhance collaboration across teams, specifically in the areas of security installation and fire alarm installation. As a vital part of our team, you will leverage your expertise in data management to optimize project workflows, ensuring the successful execution of tasks and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced skills in Smartsheets, Excel, Dynamics 365, and spreadsheets to manage project data efficiently.
• Extract data from project managers and sales team members to support ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless data flow and enhance collective project efforts.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into project status and performance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement best practices for data management and team collaboration.
• Support teams in using Smartsheets for better coordination and execution of project tasks.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Smartsheets, Excel, Dynamics 365, and spreadsheet management.
• Experience in data extraction and analysis to support project operations.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with project managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and adapt to changing project needs.
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with security installation and fire alarm installation projects is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
• Use vision abilities including: close, distance, peripheral, depth, and color.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM
