Fire Service Technician

Loyal Source is looking for a skilled Fire Service Technician in New York City. This is a direct hire opportunity for a skilled professional passionate about fire safety and service excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to service tickets across various locations throughout NYC.
  • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of fire alarm systems.
  • Ensure compliance with local codes and safety standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while resolving technical issues.
  • Document all work performed and maintain accurate service records.

Pay: $35/hr

Requirements:

  • S-98 Certification (required).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the fire industry, with at least 2 years as a service technician.
  • Experience with Honeywell systems (required).
  • NICET Level I or II (highly preferred).
  • Familiarity with Notifier, Bosch, and Edwards systems (highly preferred).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls daily and navigate public transportation is required.
