Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Security Installation Technician to join our team and support projects between Edinburg and Brownsville, TX. This role focuses primarily on new installations of security systems, with occasional service work. The technician will typically work on one project per day, most often at the SpaceX campus.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure CCTV and access control systems according to project specifications.
- Perform occasional service and maintenance on existing systems.
- Ensure all installations meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
- Maintain accurate documentation of installations and service activities.
Qualifications
- Required:Texas Alarm License.
- Proven experience in installing CCTV and access control systems.
- Preferred:Experience with Lenel and Avigilon systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Schedule is M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM with some occasional OT
