Service Technician

The Service Technician will be responsible for routine and emergency service calls related to commercial alarm, CCTV, access control and fire.
Duties and Responsibilities:
路 Troubleshoots, replaces, and/or repairs malfunctioning or inoperative equipment.
路 Provides reliable, high quality customer support.
路 Provides customer instruction on system operation and functionality.
路 Performs system testing and signal verification.
路 Maintains the necessary truck stock/inventory (equipment and tools).
路 Organizes and utilizes technical resources, information, material, and support to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks.
路 Ensures the progress and completion of assigned tasks.
路 Provides documentation of service and hours worked.
路 Completes and submits all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner.
路 Must have a strong work ethic.
路 Must be detail-oriented.
路 Must complete other projects, as assigned.
Qualifications
路 Must have 3 or more years of security industry experience.
路 Must have mastery knowledge of commercial intrusion systems, fire systems, CCTV, intercom, and access control systems.
路 Preferred Technical experience with: DMP, Bosch, Vista, Brivo, Avigilon, Hanwa, Axis
路 Must have a working knowledge of local/national codes.
Schedule: M-F 8:00am – 5:00pm
