Loyal Source is looking for an Access & Onboarding Technician for an employment opportunity in Orlando, Florida.
SUMMARY
The Access & Onboarding Technician is responsible for managing the onboarding process for all new hires, offboarding for terminated employees, and maintaining user access and role management across the organization. This role ensures that all employees have the correct system access based on their roles and that access is removed in a timely manner for those leaving the organization. The technician collaborates closely with HR, IT, and department managers to ensure seamless and secure onboarding and user access experience.
DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
- Setup user accounts and access to relevant systems, applications, and tools for new hires.
- Granting or denying access to company resources based on user role and privileges.
- Configure user profiles and ensure that all access permissions align with job roles.
- Involved in troubleshooting and resolving security and access issues.
- Work with internal customers, business analysts, and application teams to understand access requirements.
- Enforcing company policies and procedures related to security and access management.
- Responding to Incident and Alerts in Azure, ServiceNow, and other systems
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of security and access management best practices.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1+ year computer related experience
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ year computer related experience
- CompTIA A+ or CompTIA’s Security+ are a plus
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, ZoHo).
- Knowledge of IT security best practices related to access management.
- Familiarity with HR systems for integration with onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Must be local to Orlando
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES (KSA)
- 1+ years of experience in IT onboarding, user access management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Active Directory, identity management tools, and user access management systems.
- Experience with onboarding/offboarding processes in cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour.
