Loyal Source is looking for a Contract Administrator for a remote employment opportunity.

About the Role:

The Contract Administrator plays a critical role in shaping the future strategy of the company by identifying areas for improvement and ensuring seamless management of contract data and negotiations. This position requires a creative and analytical professional who can effectively manage complex contractual agreements and provide exceptional customer service, both internally and externally, ensuring all timelines and conditions are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to future strategy in the company and identify areas to improve.
  • Document receipt of proposal requests and route relevant solicitation information to corporate pricing personnel.
  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of contract data into corporate data management systems.
  • Prepare subcontract solicitations and negotiate and administer subcontract agreements.
  • Review and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and other contractual instruments.
  • Resolve contractual or customer service issues creatively.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings, providing valuable input and suggestions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all information.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms.
  • Monitor contract deadlines and conditions to ensure timelines are adhered to.
  • Perform intermediate-level and administrative support functions.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Government contract administration experience.
  • Knowledge of contracting concepts, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and agency supplements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Good presentation, leadership, and team-building skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proactive, highly motivated, and flexible.

Experience Requirements of this Position:

  • 4 or more years of post-award contract administration or related business experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field.
  • Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM), and/or Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) preferred.
  • GSA and/or Federal Supply Schedule knowledge is required.
