Loyal Source is looking for an Enterprise Systems Business Analyst for an employment opportunity.
About the Role:
The Business Analyst will play a critical role in supporting enterprise-wide initiatives by bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions across platforms such as Workday, Salesforce, and Bullhorn. This role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of enterprise systems to drive operational efficiency and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
· Requirements Gathering & Analysis Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements across HR, CRM, and ATS systems.
· Process Optimization Analyze and streamline business processes within Salesforce and Workday to improve efficiency, reduce redundancy, and support growth.
· Documentation & Reporting Create user stories, process maps, functional specs, and maintain data dictionaries. Develop dashboards and reports using analytics tools for actionable insights.
· System Integration & Testing Support integration efforts between Workday, Salesforce, and Bullhorn, including orchestration and data validation processes. Participate in UAT and regression testing.
· Stakeholder Engagement Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams. Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and support change management efforts.
· Training & Support Conduct training sessions and develop user guides to support adoption of new features and workflows.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
· 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
· Hands-on experience with Workday (HCM, Talent, Payroll), Salesforce (CRM), and Bullhorn (ATS).
· Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and integration best practices.
· Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Tableau, or Power BI.
· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
· Experience with Workday Prism, Adaptive Planning, or Mulesoft integrations.
· Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
· Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Salesforce Admin/BA are a plus.
