AI Research Scientist

Loyal Source is looking for an AI Research Scientist for an employment opportunity.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative AI Research Scientist to lead the development of cutting-edge artificial intelligence technologies. This role is central to advancing our AI capabilities across domains such as machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and generative AI. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to prototype, validate, and deploy AI models that solve complex business problems and drive strategic innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and conduct rigorous AI research to develop novel algorithms and methodologies.

· Design and implement experiments to test the viability and performance of AI models.

· Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to apply research outcomes to real-world applications.

· Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at top-tier conferences.

· Stay current with emerging trends in AI and integrate relevant advancements into ongoing projects.

· Contribute to the development of AI-powered tools such as candidate ranking engines, workflow optimization advisors, and market intelligence summarizers.

· Support the integration of AI into enterprise platforms like Salesforce and Bullhorn.

Required Qualifications:

· Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

· 3+ years of experience in AI research or applied machine learning.

· Strong foundation in statistical modeling, deep learning, and algorithm design.

· Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers.

· Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.

· Demonstrated ability to publish in academic or industry venues.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience with LLMs, generative AI, or agentic AI systems.

· Familiarity with tools like LangChain, OpenAI API, GPT-4, and LLaMA.

· Background in healthcare, recruitment, or enterprise automation is a plus.

· Knowledge of ethical AI practices and model explainability.
