Loyal Source is looking for a Program Management Office (PMO) Manager for an employment opportunity in Orlando, Florida.

About the Role

The PMO Manager is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the Program Management Office, driving the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across the organization. This role involves governance, project execution oversight, resource allocation, and process standardization. The PMO Manager will collaborate with executive stakeholders to ensure alignment of project outcomes with business objectives and promote consistent application of project management methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide project portfolio management, including budgeting, forecasting, and capacity planning.
  • Define and enforce PMO governance frameworks, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, SCRUM), and KPIs.
  • Oversee implementation of all enterprise platforms such as Workday, Bullhorn, Fabric, Artificial Intelligence, and Salesforce.
  • Monitor project performance using KPIs and dashboards, reporting to executive leadership.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and vendor relationships, ensuring SLA compliance and delivery quality.
  • Drive automation and analytics adoption using tools like Workday Prism, People Analytics, and Tableau.
  • Lead integration planning across HRIS, ATS, ERP, Data Warehouse, and CRM systems.
  • Champion change management, release management, configuration management training, and user adoption strategies for enterprise rollouts.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years in program/project management, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience with enterprise system deployments and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of CapEx vs. OpEx planning, vendor management, and SLA enforcement.
  • Experience managing large-scale government contracts or enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • PMP certification (PgMP Preferred).
  • Waterfall/Agile/Scrum Certification.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (Preferred).
  • ITIL Certification (Preferred).

Technical Knowledge

  • Project Management: MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Workday Projects, Manage Engine.
  • ERP/HRIS Platforms: Salesforce, Workday (HCM, Payroll, Talent, Absence, Benefits).
  • Data & Reporting: Workday Prism, Tableau, Power BI, Excel Power Query, SQL.
  • Integration & Middleware: Workday Studio, Boomi, MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, Data Factory, Tableau Prep.
  • Testing & Deployment: End-to-End Testing, Regression Testing, Performance Testing, Load Testing, Cutover Planning, UAT.
  • Security & Compliance: Role-based access control, audit trails, data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR).

Pay: Starting at $120,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
