Data Analytics Engineer

Loyal Source is looking for a Data Analytics Engineer for an employment opportunity in Orlando, Florida.

About the Role:

The Data Analytics Engineer plays a critical role in transforming data into readable, goal-oriented reports that drive innovation and growth. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in all aspects of data analytics, including mining, generation, and visualization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain cutting-edge analytics systems, simplifying complex problems into straightforward frameworks.
• Identify trends and growth opportunities through detailed analysis of complex datasets.
• Provide detailed source-to-target mappings and information-model specification documents.
• Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization.
• Evaluate internal and external systems for efficiency and accuracy and maintain data handling protocols.
• Collaborate directly with managers and users to gather requirements and provide status updates.
• Deliver actionable insights by understanding critical metrics and KPIs.
• Proactively analyze data to answer vital business questions and identify potential improvements.
• Create and maintain dynamic visualizations using data interpretation and analysis.
• Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic for optimal scalability and solution performance.
• Develop and maintain databases, building scripts to enhance the flexibility and scalability of data evaluation processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or data engineering.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with data transformation using ETL.
• Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Salesforce, ArcGIS, and Tableau.
• Salesforce Report building and analysis.

Additional Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Experience in designing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines.
