Provider Liaison

Loyal Source is looking for a Provider Liaison for an employment opportunity in Orlando, Florida.

About the Role:

The Provider Liaison (PL) is instrumental in developing and maintaining strong relationships with network physicians and internal business partners. This role is vital for achieving physician satisfaction, provider network growth, and efficiency. The PL serves as a bridge between Operations, Quality Assurance, and the training team to ensure providers adhere to all compliance and contractual guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain Provider Network accounts within all applicable systems, ensuring providers meet all program eligibility requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill all VA TRAIN and MDE4VETS Training requirements.
• Establish and maintain ongoing communication with assigned provider accounts through routine emails and phone calls.
• Anticipate and resolve potential issues to optimize the provider experience.
• Assist with completing pending actions in the MDE4VETS queues promptly.
• Keep provider availability updated in MDE4VETS and Salesforce.
• Coach providers on company best practices to ensure quality medical reports are completed per contractual requirements timely.
• Collaborate closely with teammates, other internal teams, and external partners as needed.
• Conduct trend analysis to optimize provider experiences and make recommendations for increased efficiency.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Assist in finding provider coverage for special events.
• Facilitate meetings to enhance training and communication for stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Administrative and Customer Service background of 3+ years.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills with various groups/individuals.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation.

Additional Qualifications:

• Medical Disability Examination (MDE) program experience.
