Summary

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier candidates for high-impact field roles within the Government Contracting (GovCon) space. This role requires a strategic recruiter with deep experience in sourcing cleared and non-cleared professionals for federal programs. Healthcare recruitment experience is a strong plus. The ideal candidate will be a proactive partner to hiring managers, driving full-cycle recruitment while ensuring alignment with compliance, mission-critical timelines, and organizational goals.

Duties and Functions

·      Lead recruitment for high-level field roles across federal contracts, including cleared positions.

·      Develop and execute sourcing strategies using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearanceJobs, and other platforms.

·      Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and program timelines.

·      Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.

·      Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future GovCon opportunities.

·      Ensure compliance with OFCCP, EEO, and contract-specific hiring regulations.

·      Negotiate offers and manage candidate experience through onboarding.

·      Collaborate with HR, Credentialing, and Program Managers to ensure seamless hiring processes.

·      Track and report recruitment metrics to leadership.

Education and Experience:

·      Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

·      8+ years of experience in talent acquisition required

·      4+ years of recruiting experience in the GovCon space.

·      Proven success sourcing and placing candidates in federal programs (DoD, DHS, VA, etc.)

·      Familiarity with security clearance levels and federal hiring protocols.

Preferred Requirements

·      Experience recruiting healthcare professionals for government contracts.

·      Prior experience with Bullhorn, Salesforce, or similar systems.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (KSA)

Knowledge—strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. High proficiency in ATS, job boards, and digital sourcing tools.

Skill— communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability—to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
